Mandalay CS System Requirements 3.0

The following article explains the minimum/recommended requirements for the computers hosting the components of the Mandalay CS solution. Not meeting our recommended requirements may result in degraded performance during site operations

Mandalay CS Site PC

SQL Server 2017 is required, with the free desktop/express editions suitable for operations. Mandalay will install SQL Server 2017 if it is not already installed on the computer.

Minimum specification(bare minimum to run the software and may cause performance issues under load):

  • CPU Intel Core i5 2 GHz or equivalent
  • Memory  4 GB RAM
  • Windows 8
  • USB - Keyboard & mouse
  • LAN
  • SSD: 128GB
  • Resolution: 1024x768
  • Installation Specific
    • Interface for barcode scanner (USB or serial)

  • Memory  8 GB RAM
  • Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Mandalay CS Tablets
