How to add a logo to a ticket template

It is possible to include a corporate logo at the top of a printed docket. This is only available for printers that are able to print images. It will not work on any printer that has been setup with a generic text driver for printing.

The following instructions explain how to configure a logo to be printed.

The logo image must to be in GIF format and not exceed 200kb in size

The image file must be named 'logo.gif''

Note: The image will be scaled to fit the top of a ticket therefore the dimensions are not important, however the image should have a reasonable resolution to ensure readability.

File location

The image file needs to be saved in the root Mandalay CS directory. This will usually be C:\\Program Files (86)\Mandalay Technologies\Mandalay CS
