How to suppress key and date fields from finance extract
The script used for generating a finance extract with the Data Export tool requires that the transaction date and transaction ID be included in the data extract script, to facilitate date filtering and marking transactions as exported. These fields can be suppressed from the final output by doing the following.
Open Data Export
Start the data export program
Export Settings
Select the export settings menu item to bring up the this settings screen.
Suppress Transaction ID (Key Field)
Check the Key Field option in the Special Field Suppression box to suppress the transaction ID from the output
Suppress Transaction Date
Check the Transaction Date option in the Special Field Suppression box to suppress the Date Out from the output
Save changes
Click Ok to save the changes
