Other errors

If any other errors occur while attempting to run any job on a host do the following:

  1. Check the Mandalay CS Service log file by going to the installation directory for Mandalay and looking at the log folder (C:\Program Files\Mandalay Technologies\MandalayCS\Logs is the default)
  2. Locate the log file MandalayCS.Service.log
  3. Open the file and see if the issue can easily be identified in the log file.
  4. If the issue can still not be resolved then email the log file along with details and screen shots of the problem to [email protected] .
