How to allow the Operator to set No. of tickets to Print
There are times that operator will need to print multiple tickets for a single transaction. This article shows how we could setup Mandalay CS to allow operators to set multiple prints in just one click
Launch MandalayCS Configuration Manager, go to the General tab as shown below and put a tick on "Allow Operator to Select No. Tickets to Print"
An option will then be provided to the operator to input the number of tickets to print, note this option will override the number of prints that was initially setup for the client.
Using this method to print multiple tickets will not record the duplicates as a reprints like the way reprints appear when using the reprint last or F9 short cut.
