This article is a step by step guide to create a Stock Summary Report based on the volumes recorded against each location.

Note: Report creation requires admin user permission and prior knowledge of WBR.

1. Open WBR and select 'Create Report'

2. Enter the report name, description and select the 'Location Movements' from the drop down. We recommend using the template 'A4 Landscape with 8pt Detail'. Specify the folder name you want the report to appear.  

3. Add in Columns and formatting options as per screen capture below.

4. Group report by LocationName and in sort type ascending.

5. Mark selection to allow filter for DateOut and LocationID

6. Turn on Summary Report selection. Aggregate the Quantity as SUM

7. View the report for visibility and accuracy
