How to access WBR in Microsoft Edge (using IE Mode)
Mandalay's Web Based Reporting tool (WBR) was our first web-based product released many years ago and has relied on access via Internet Explorer, unlike Mandalay's other hosted applications which are accessible across several different browsers (e.g. Chrome, Edge and Firefox)
With Internet Explorer reaching end-of-life status on 15 June 2022 customers may now need to change their method of access and begin using Microsoft Edge as their browser. To do this, there are some steps that need to be taken to run WBR using the integrated IE mode.
Important reminder: Silverlight
WBR needs the Microsoft Silverlight application in order to run reports. Silverlight reached it end-of-life status on October 12th 2021. If you are having trouble accessing silverlight on a new PC or do have the application downloaded already please contact the Mandalay support team for assistance.

preference and allow you to open the Naus portal in IE Mode every time.
Note: after 30 days there will be an option to continue opening in IE mode or go back to Edge mode.
