How to add a filter to exclude zero cost sales

This article will explain how to change a report so that it excludes sales with a zero cost

Edit Report

Click on the edit icon next to the custom report you wish to add the column to.

Add Total Price (if necessary)

If you are not editing a report that includes a field for the value of a sale then you will need to add it. Follow the instructions here to add a column that provides the sale value.

Note: If you don't want the price to be included in the report then mark if as hidden on the Columns page.

Set the numeric filter

Go to the filtering tab and click on the square button to the right of the value column you want to set the filter on.

Set the filter expression

  1. Click the Add button to an expression
  2. Change the operation to Greater Than or Equals
  3. Set the value to 1
  4. Click Ok to save

Review expression

The expression will now appear on the filtering tab next the column you selected.

Save and View

Click on the Save and then the View button
