How to copy a report

If you want to use an existing reports (system or custom) as a basis for another report then follows these steps to create a copy of that report.

Locate the report to be copied

Locate the report to be copied

From the list of reports locate the report you wish to copy. This can either be a custom or system report

Edit the report

Edit the report

Click on the edit icon to make a copy of that report

Change the general details of the report

Change the general details of the report

Make changes where appropriate to distinguish this report from the original. Changing the Name and Description is the best place to start.

Note: It is not possible to change the view and a new report should be created if the view is not sufficient.
