By default Mandalay CS does not allow tickets that have already been exported to a financial system, to be exported. This is because an appropriate credit note needs to be added to the financial system for these tickets. The best practice is to ensure that all corrections are done before the financial export is run however there are situations where this is not possible so there is a configuration setting that will allow ticketing on the local computer to be canceled even if they have already been exported.

Note: Mandalay CS has the capability of creating a reversal transactions for canceled or replaced tickets this can then allow credit notes to passed to the financial system without manual entry. If you would like to use this facility then you will need to contact Mandalay as it will require changes to your existing financial export routine.
