Start the Administration program and go to the Electronic ID's tab and change the filter type to Barcode.

From this tab you can see all bar codes processed in ticketing and also any that have been scanned through the Scan function on this page. The system will break out each part of the code and present it in the appropriate fields.

Code: This is the raw code as scanned into the system.

Reference: This is the reference part of the code.

Limit: This indicates the number of times that a voucher can be used as coded. If the limit part is not included then the limit defaults to 1.

Used: This field shows the number of times this bar code has been used.

Payment Type: This is the payment type that is indicated by the type part.

Voucher Season:  This shows the season category that is associated to the bar code.

It is possible to scan a voucher code in the administration program so it can easily have its parts reviewed.

• To do this click on the scan button at the bottom of the screen.
• Once pressed for the first time you will be presented with a list of devices that can accept electronic ID's, this could be bar code scanner, dallas tag or RFID readers. When you select your bar code scanner the Scan button will go yellow which means the system is ready to accept scans.
• Scan a code with the scanner to add it to the list of bar codes. While the scan button is yellow you can continue to scan other bar codes.
• Press the Scan button to stop using the scanner to in Administration.

The Web Based Reporting system includes 6 system reports that can be used to monitor voucher usage.

The Resident Voucher reports are based on barcodes that are listed in the Electronic ID's tab. This means they can show barcodes that have been scanned in Admin but have not yet been used. The other reports derive their data from transaction records so will only report on vouchers used in Ticketing.

There are 2 Resident Voucher Usage reports available.

Resident Voucher Usage

This report shows each bar code that has been scanned by either the ticketing system by an operator when a client uses a bar code or by the Administration system when an administrator scans a code. If the resident is reissued a bar code with a new issue number then it will appear under the residents reference number.

Resident Voucher Usage by Season

This report provides a summary of each residents usage of bar codes through out a season. This is an aggregated value and will include reissued codes and multiple types.

Season Location Voucher Statistics

This report provides a summary of the number of vouchers used from a particular source location during a season.

Season Voucher Statistics

This report is similar to the one above but it is not grouped by source location.

 

These reports are based on vouchers redeemed during a specific period.

The number of vouchers redeemed of a period, including the statistics about how many times vouchers were redeemed, broken down per suburb.

Listing of the advanced vouchers recorded in the system.
