Predefine Vehicle Fields and Manage Favourites

Vehicle Predefined Fields

A vehicle can have information such as Contract, Client and/or Product predefined. Greater information stored improves the speed of transaction capture in ticketing for regular or known scenarios.

This information is linked one to one and can be edited during the transaction.

 

Vehicle Favourites

An alternate way to link predefined fields or refined a list of vehicle fields is the Manage Favourites button located at the bottom of the Admin screen.

 

Selecting this button produces a pop up window. Here, you can set the favourites that will show as options when transacting with that vehicle.  Having only one option set in Favourites will allow the ticket to autofill that information in Ticketing.  

In the Vehicle Favourites menu, you can set favourites for:

  • Client
  • Contract
  • Destination Location
  • Destination Purpose
  • Driver
  • EPA Waste Type
  • Facility
  • Product
  • Source Location
  • Vehicle Behaviour
  • Waste Type

 

To add a favourite, select to highlight the desired item from the left list and use the 'Add' button add the item to the right list.  

To remove a favourite, select to highlight the item you want to remove from the right list, and use the 'Remove' button.

Note: The Manage Favorites selection will limit the operator to only see the items that are defined in the favourites list. There is a setting in the Configuration application that will allow selection of Non-Favourites.  This setting is found on the General 1 tab.
