How to Create a New Vehicle in Administration
Create a new vehicle in the Administration program by using the following steps. The below steps will explain the minimum information required to add a new vehicle through the Administration application. More advanced options are explained in other articles.
Navigate to Vehicles and Add a New Record
1. Select the Vehicles tab in the Administration application
2. Click the 'Add' button towards the bottom left of the screen
Enter Vehicle Details
Enter in the license plate and any other details applicable for this vehicle.
Note: Usually only the license plate is needed to create a vehicle. Your organisation may have other mandatory fields, these will be indicated in bold text.
Click on the 'Apply' button near the bottom right to save the changes
