Configuring CUSTOM printers for use by Mandalay CS
Most of the CUSTOM printers (KUBE 2, Q3 and VKP80) have similar settings available and can be configured the same way. The following article explains some of the standard settings needs for use with Mandalay CS.
Access printer properties
Windows 7
- Locate the Devices and Printer option from the Start button.
- In the list of printers locate the application CUSTOM printer.
- Right click and select the Printer Properties option
Windows XP
- Locate the Printers and Faxes option from the Start button.
- In the list of printers locate the application CUSTOM printer.
- Right click and select the Properties option
Cutting
Once the properties dialog is open
- Select the General Tab.
- Click on the Preferences button
- Click the advanced button
- CHange the Cut Mode to Total Cut at End Document
Note: These options are only available to printers that can perform a cut operation.
