What to do if printing starts to fade on a Custom printer
Fading prints can have a number of causes including dust build-up on the print head. Faded printouts can also be caused by a change in paper stock or the use of heat or humidity damaged paper.

Initial trouble shooting options
If the lighter printing has only occurred on the most recent paper rolls, then we recommend changing the paper to determine if the lightness changes for different rolls. We also recommend that the paper is stored in a cool dry environment and not subjected to significant changes in temperature or humidity.

Produce Printer Setup Report
- To enter the SETUP model press FEED key.
- While pressing the FEED key switch on the printer by pressing the ON/OFF key.
- The printer prints the report with parameters for the printer.
