18.01.2024 - Field Updates and General Release
Overview
This release of Facility Analytics & Reporting contains several updates across multiple reporting areas, plus a number of new reports. Details have been provided below.

Report Field Updates
Changes to Field Names
Several Field Names have been updated across Time Sensitive Reporting (v1.1.2) and Operational Reporting (v2.1.5). A detailed list of all field name changes across affected reports is available in this article: Facility Management - Field Name and Field Order Changes.
Changes to Field Order
To coincide with field name updates, several changes have been made to field order across several reports within Time Sensitive Reporting (v1.1.2) and Operational Reporting (v2.1.5). The following reports have been affected:

Column order within custom reports will not be affected.
Transaction Search - Updates
Several features and improvements are being made to Transaction Search. Images will be included in the report and a dropdown list has been added to the Transaction Details page that will give you the ability to view previous versions of tickets if multiple versions exist.

Data Export - New Report and Updates
New Report
A new Client Details Report has been made available as a standard report within Data Export.
All information that currently appears on the Clients tab within Mandalay CS - Administration will be available within this report.
Both active and inactive clients will be included in the report as standard.
Date Filter
A new Date Filter has been made available within Data Export. The new filter can be used to auto fill the date range, making it easier for you to report on data within set timeframes.
Time Sensitive Reporting (v1.1.2) - New Reports and Updates
There have been several updates made across Time Sensitive Reports in the version 1.1.2 release. These reports are identifiable by the version number in the report header, being v1.1.2.
Field Name and Field Order Updated
Several Field Names have been updated across Time Sensitive Reporting (v1.1.2). A detailed list of field name changes and field orders is available in this article: Facility Management - Field Name and Field Order Changes.
New Reports
Two new reports have been added to Time Sensitive Reporting:
- Temporary Accounts
- Payment Details
The new reports can be accessed by clicking on the corresponding tile within Time Sensitive Reporting.
These reports are similar to the reports already available within Operational Reporting but will present a more current view of the information being captured within your system. As with all reports available within Time Sensitive Reporting, data is limited by date, with data becoming available as soon as it has synced to the cloud.
Time Range Expanded
The time range available within Time Sensitive reporting has now been expanded to a period of 48hrs.
Additional Updates
Several other minor updates and feature enhancements have also been released within Time Sensitive Reporting.
- Date Slicer: An on-page date slicer has been added to each of the Time Sensitive Reports that will allow you to select a relevant time frame more easily.
- Advanced Search: An advanced search filter has been added to the Daily Till and Shift Report and the Temporary Accounts Report that provides the ability to search for specific periods of time within the previous 48hr period.
- Site ID: The Site ID will now be displayed in brackets at the end of the Site Name.
Operational Reports (v2.1.5) - Field Name and Field Order Updates
Several Field Names have been updated across Operational Reporting (v2.1.5). A detailed list of field name changes and field orders is available in this article: Facility Management Field Name and Field Order Changes.
Administration Reports (v1.0.1) - Updates
Layout enhancements have been made across all Favourites Configuration Reports within Administration Reporting.
These reports are identifiable by the version number in the report header, being v1.0.1.
Paged Reports - Updates
Summary Page
A Summary Page has now been added to the Client Product Summary report within Paged Reports.
A summary already exists per Client. The new summary will now appear at the end of the report to provide a summary across all clients that appear within the report.
Date Filter
A new Date Filter has been made available within Paged Reports. The new filter can be used to auto fill the date range, making it easier for you to report on data within set timeframes.
System Status - Report Update
An improvement has been made to the Data Sync Status report within System Status Reports to reflect the tenancy’s time zone and to indicate the long date (date and time) of the Last Sync Date.
Security and Auditing - Report Update
The ‘Last Updated’ column has been removed from the Logon Auditing Report to reduce confusion within the report associated with time zones.
Information identifying when a user has logged into the system can be accessed from the ‘Date and Time’ column.
Facilities Insights - Updates
The Productivity tab within Facilities Insights now has a new Weekday Name filter available as a page-level filter.
