Facility Management - Field Name and Field Order Changes

Release Dated 9.05.2024 - Time Sensitive v1.1.3 and Standard Payment Till & Shift Report v2.1.4

Several new fields have been added to reports within Time Sensitive Reporting and new fields have been made available for use within Premium Reporting.

Time Sensitive Reporting (v1.1.3)

A number of additional reporting fields have been added to the Time Sensitive Daily Transaction and Client Transaction Reports to enable customers to report on various aspects of the transaction in a time sensitive manner. These reports are identifiable by the version number in the report header, being v1.1.3.

Daily Till and Shift Report:

The Daily Till and Shift report had an existing field name renamed to better reflect the data that is being reported on.

# Tickets has been changed to # Payments as the report displays the count of payments rather than the count of tickets. For example, one ticket could have two or more payments associated with it and therefor the report label needed to be updated to reflect that.

 

Standard Payments Reports v2.1.4

The same label change has been applied to Standard Payments Reports within Operational Reporting. These reports are identifiable by the version number in the report header, being v2.1.4.

New Fields Available within Premium Reporting

Customers that have access to Premium Reporting will be able to use the following new fields:

Additional Vehicle Type Field:

An additional vehicle field is now available within Custom Reporting that will display vehicle information attached to the transaction.

Vehicle Record (existing field) - displays the vehicle type on the vehicle record within Facility Core Administration.

Vehicle Type (new field)  will display the vehicle type recorded against the transaction.

Both fields will be available to use.

New Transaction Tare Weight:

In addition to the existing Calculated Total Transaction Tare Weight (t) field under the Transactions Weight Table, there will be an additional field called Transaction Tare Weight (t) that reports the total transaction tare weight without having to do a calculation, meaning it will be more performant.

New Regulatory Classification Field:

A number of new regulatory classification fields have been added within Custom Reporting that will enable users to reconcile their transactional data to their regulatory submissions.

 

Release Dated 18.01.2024 - Field Updates and General Release

This general release contained a refinement of pricing fields and field order to improve usability of the reports.

IMPORTANT: Please check the new field order if you export data from the suite of Standard Reports for use in other systems as some fields have changed order within the reports.

 

Time Sensitive Reporting (v1.1.2)

Several pricing fields were updated across Time Sensitive Reports in the version 1.1.21 release. An outline of the updated fields has been provided below.

Operational Reports (v2.1.5)

Several fields names and field orders have been updated across Operational Reporting. These reports are identifiable by the version number in the report header, being v2.1.5. An outline of the updated field names and field orders has been provided below. In addition, new tables were created to group pricing fields into consolidated pricing. The result of these changes provides for the following pricing fields in use within the standard report suite:

Pricing Field Changes

The v2.1 release of Standard Reporting contained a refinement of pricing fields to improve usability of the reports.

New fields and a change to the naming of existing fields was implemented in v2.1 of the reports. In addition, new tables were created to group pricing fields into unit pricing, transaction pricing or general pricing. The result of these changes provides for the following pricing fields in use within the standard report suite:

Data Field Naming

Naming of column titles in the standard reports were refined for consistency. Standard naming conventions were implemented as per below (excludes changes to data financial data fields discussed above):

  • Qty fields changed to 'Quantity' where applicable.
  • #s -- tickets/transactions. These are all still prefixed with #, but asTransactionsand notTickets.
  • # Tickets (Distinct)is a new measure that measures exact ticket numbers, and does not count additional items on the ticket etc.
  • 'Inc' fields (including) were changed to Incl where applicable - typically the pricing fields.

The tables below outline the fields contained within each standard report and offers a comparison between the original and new v2.1 reports.
