How to back date a non weighed transaction
This article explains how to back date a transaction for a non weighed transactions. Weighed transactions are handled differently and you should refer to this article if you are using weighed products.
Naus Platform
To be able to back date a non weighed transaction the ticketing program needs to be launched from then naus platform. The Ticketing program on site does not support back dating non weighed transactions.
Create Transaction
Create a transaction as you normally would making sure to not select a weighed product. Once done press the print button.
Back date the ticket
After pressing the Print button the above screen will be presented. From here select the date and time for the ticket and then select the Manual button to complete this ticket as if it was captured on that date. The transaction will have a Date Out and Date In of the date and time set on this screen, it will also be marked as a manual transaction. Pressing the Auto button will use the current date and time for the transaction and the transaction will not be marked as manual.
Once the button is pressed the ticket will be produced and the transaction saved.
