How setup Mandalay CS to mix weighed and non weighed products

In Mandalay CS it is possible to allow multiple products in one transaction, however the system will need to be configured to allow this and requires the operator to create the transaction in a particular way.

This article will explain how to configure the system to allow additional non weighed items to be added a transaction.

Note: By default it is not possible to add more than one weighed product to a transaction, however the use of nominal weighs for non weighed products can get around this restriction to a certain extent. There are a separately licensed feature that does allow adding more than one weighed product to a transaction. Please contact Mandalay support for more details.
