How to use an existing pay later/prepaid account (same vehicle)
Once a temporary account has been established against a vehicle any future cash transactions against that vehicle can be added to the existing account. Below are the steps to do this.

To use an existing pay later/ prepaid account on a different vehicle, please refer to the following lesson
Select vehicle with an existing account
Select the vehicle with an existing temporary account.
Open Account Warning
A warning message will appear showing any outstanding money on a pay later account and money in credit on a prepaid account
Cash Tendering Screen
Once a cash transaction has been completed the cash tendering screen will appear.
Any outstanding amount for a pay later account will be displayed and added to the total for this transaction.
Any credit amount for a prepaid account will be displayed and the total for this transaction will be deducted from the credit.
Add To Pay Later/ Prepay
To add this transaction to the pay later account then click on the Add To (Pay-Later) button
Confirm the Driver and Payer Details
Verify that the account details are still the same and update where necessary.
Complete Transaction
Click on the Ok button to complete the process
