How to force a dual weigh transaction on a stored tare vehicle
The following article demonstrates how to ignore a stored tare during a transaction in order to record both an In and a Out weight while onsite.
How to force dual weigh for a vehicle with a stored tare
If an operator believes that the recorded stored tare for a vehicle is incorrect and wishes to force the vehicle to be weighed twice, the operator can just highlight the Dual Weigh button after the vehicle has been selected.
The button will turn yellow indicating it has been selected and it will remove the stored tare from the load summary. (Image below)
The vehicles first weight is then stored in the same manner as a vehicle without a stored tare.
After being stored the vehicle can be found on the OUT list once ready for the second weight to be recorded.
Dual Weigh mode can be deactivated again if the operator wishes to use the stored tare, the operator simply needs to hit the dual weigh button again to deactivate the function.
