All problems should be reported through the Mandalay Customer Service Portal (CSP). Please follow this article on how to use the portal to submit requests.

Steps Recorder

If you have Windows 10 installed then an application called Steps Recorder (search Windows to locate it) can be used to record the problem. This application can be used to capture images of each action you preform when replicating a problem that you are experiencing.

To use this tool just press the Start Record button with the application on screen and then following the steps you use to get to the problem. You will notice a Red circle each time your action with the mouse, this is the system capturing a new image of the screen.

During the process you can also add comments about what is currently on the screen. Just press the Add Comment buttons. Select the area of the screen you want to comment on and then enter a comment in the box provided.

Once you have finished recording the problem press the Stop Record button. You will then be presented with recording of the problem.

Note: This is not a video of the problem but a series of screen shots and additional information.

If you are happy with the recording then Save the recording. The file created is a ZIP file which can then be uploaded to the support ticket.
