After running a submission, a series or warnings and errors are logged. The errors indicate certain data issues that prevent a transaction from being reported correctly to the state government. Warnings will not prevent a transaction from being reported but may indicate some data issues that need to be rectified.

These warnings and errors can be downloaded by selecting the Download button, located at the bottom of the error summary,

The attached spread sheet is a list of all errors and warnings that can be reported when performing a submission. Each item listed includes a summary of the cause and recommendation on how to rectify. Where known, a link to a guide that will assist in resolving the issue is also provided.
