How do I indicate which sites should be reported in my submission?
If you are a customer in QLD that is required to provide submissions to the state government, as part of the Levy reporting requirements, you will need to indicate in Mandalay CS which sites have a relevant government site identifier. This identifier will start with the letter C and contain a series of numbers.
This article explains how to add an remove this identifier from Mandalay CS.
Add a site identifier
The site identifier can be managed within the Administration program under the submissions tab. You will need to have a submission selected before you can add the code so either select an existing one or just press add to create a new one (no need to use the generate button)
Once you have a submission selected do the following.
- Select the site you need to add a code to.
- Enter the site identifier.
- Press the apply button.
Remove a site identifier
As with the process for adding a site identifier you will need to have a submission selected.
Once you have a submission selected do the following.
- Select the site you need to remove the code from
- Delete the site identifier.
- Press the apply button.
