How to configure the site details that appear on the ticket

The site details that appear at the top of a ticket can be be set in the Configuration Manager program.

The following article shows how to make the changes.

  1. The site details will generally appear at the top of the ticket. This can be changed by adjusting the ticket template.

Start Configuration Manager

To start the configuration manager program you will need to use the Windows menu. By default it should be Start->All Programs->Mandalay Technologies->Mandalay CS-> Configuration Manager.

Note: You will need at least System Admin permissions to access this program

Company Details

Company Details

The details for the site are set on the Company Details.

The site that you see here depends on which site the computer is configured to connect to or if running in Central Admin mode, which ever site was selected after logging in.

Note: This does not need to be done on the computer that produces the ticket just a computer that can connect as the site that needs to be changed.

Details:

  1. Site Name
  2. ABN Number
  3. First line of the address
  4. Second line of the address
  5. Third line of the address (if applicable)
  6. Site phone number
  7. Site fax number
