How to setup product selection by category in ticketing
It is possible to configure the ticketing system to ask for the product category and select a product from this category. This can be helpful when large product lists exists.
Product Category Selection
- Select the category first.
- Select the product
Configuration Manager
Start the configuration manager and from the Layout tab check the Product Selection by Category option. This option is only specific the computer so it has to be setup on the computer that requires the change.
Note: Ticketing will need to be restarted if it is currently running.
