What is Onsite Vehicle Processing?

Onsite Vehicle Processing is feature available in Mandalay's Facility Mobile Application that allows a customer service agent to review and edit in progress tickets without the need to use the Ticketing application that is running at the weighbridge. This is delivered through a browser based application that is supported on most mobile devices and will allow the agent to process the customer at the most convenient location rather at the weighbridge.

Review Onsite Vehicles

All vehicles that have been weighed into the facility and that includes a product that is destined to go to the location selected when accessing the function.

Note: Only vehicles with an entry time within the last 2 hours will appear this list.

From here a vehicles ticket can be selected and the details for the transaction presented. The agent can then make adjustments as required before the vehicle arrives at the out bridge for completion.

If LPR was used to process the vehicle on entry an image of the plate will be presented in the image column.

Modify In Progress Tickets

From here an agent can:

  • View basic details about the ticket
  • Modify existing items
  • Add additional items
  • Change the license plate (only available if a generic vehicle was used to capture the transaction)
  • Review images captured on the weighbridge.
  • View and Add Comments

Review Images

The agent is able to review all images captured on the weighbridge. The images can be zoomed in to allow the agent to inspect details of the load recorded by the cameras.
