To access the Onsite Vehicle Processing function in the mobile application you will need to be given specific permission in the Administration program. To view the list you will need at least the Onsite Vehicle Processing (OVP) permission.

Once you have accessed Facility Mobile Application you will be required to select a site and location.

1. Select the site you are operating at.
2. Select the location you are operating. Selecting the top level location will allow you to see all in progress transactions at the site.

Once you have selected the Onsite Vehicle Processing function a list a vehicles that are currently considered onsite will appear. To appear in this list the following conditions are currently required:

• Vehicle is being dual weighed (no stored tare or non weighed transaction will appear)
• The entry time for the vehicle was in the last 2 hours.
• At least one product in the transaction has a destination at the location selected or any of the locations under it.

Note: These are the current conditions and may be expanded as this product is developed.

The list will show the following for each in progress transaction:

• The License Plate recorded against the transaction.
• The Ticket number
• The time the vehicle entered the facility
• How long the vehicle has been on site (note: this value will progressively update on screen without the need to refresh)
• If LPR was used to processing the vehicle on entry then an image of the plate will be presented.

When viewing on a device with a larger screen an option to search using text the list will be provided.

The list can be searched by either a license plate or ticket number and will do partial searching.

Open an in progress ticket for review or editing.

This icon performs the same function but indicates that the ticket has already been modified.
