Facility Management - Paged Reports

1. Overview
Paged Reports are available as part of the Standard reporting suite within Facility Analytics & Reporting.
These reports give users the ability to generate a styled report, similar to the way reports are run in Mandalay's legacy reporting tool, Web Based Reporting (WBR).
Data is aggregated in a styled format and the report applies page breaks between clients. The report is generated as a PDF.
This new group of Standard reports can be accessed from the left-hand menu within Facility Analytics & Reporting.
Paged Reports offer three standard report templates.
- Client Detail Product Report
- Client Product Summary
- WARRP Report Summary (available to NSW customers only)
2. Access and Permissions
Access to Paged Reports is provided using Group permissions in Facility Management. FM Administrators may assign the Paged Reports permission to relevant groups.
3. How to Create and Download a Paged Report
3.1. Create a Paged Report
1/ - Select Create from the left hand menu.
2/ - Select a report template from the dropdown.
3/ - Complete all mandatory fields along with any additional fields.
4/ - Click Generate.
3.2. Report Status and Downloading Reports
5/ - Once you have clicked the Generate report button a status page will appear.
6/ - When the report begins processing, the status will show as In Progress.
7/ - Once complete and ready to be downloaded the status will show as Successful and a Download button will appear. Click Download to access a copy of the report.
3.3. Paged Reports History
8/ - To view a list of all Paged Reports Requests, select History from the left hand menu. A list of all requests will be displayed.
9/ - To view the details page of a specific request, click on the ellipsis (three dots) and select View.
4. Description of Reports
4.1. Client Detail Product Report
The Client Detail Product Report is grouped by the Client, Product and Purchase Order number.
4.2. Client Product Summary
The Client Product Summary summarises products by Client over a specified period.
