02.08.2023 - Cartage Report - Release 1.0

Overview

A new stand-alone Cartage Report has been created in our Standard Reporting suite located within Facility Management. You can locate this report by clicking on the ‘Operational’ tab within Facility Management and then navigating to the Tile called ‘Cartage’ under Operational Reporting (Standard).

When you click on ‘View Report’ the new cartage report will appear and can be identified by the version number being V1.0.0.

Customers that use the cartage functionality component will now be able to report on more specific cartage-related information.

Date, Site, Client, and Product Category Slicers and filters have been included.  The following fields related to cartage have been included;

  • Date and Times in and out
  • The ticket number associated with the product that was carted.
  • Site Name
  • Client Name
  • Client Account Number
  • Client Order Number
  • Contract Title
  • Licence Place
  • Driver Name
  • Carrier Name
  • Vehicle Configuration
  • Cartage Price (ex Tax, GST and Total Cartage)
  • Net Weight - which looks at the net weight of the first item used on a transaction
  • First Item - which indicates the first item used on transaction
  • Item Count which relates to the number of items on the transaction
  • Zone
  • Distance (km)
  • Cartage Rate Basis
  • EPA TCN
  • Transaction Notes
  • Transaction Log

 

Changes to the legacy Cartage Report

The existing Cartage tab that could be found in Operational Report - Transactions has been removed. All standard versions of our Client, Product, and Transactions Reports no longer have any references to Cartage and thus, all cartage amounts have been removed from these reports.
