Facility Management - Mass Management

This guide will breakdown the Facility Management Mass Management tool. The tool is made up of two components Mass Breach Configuration and an Overloaded Vehicles Report.

1. Mass Breach Configuration

This tool is used to set classifications for different levels of mass breach tickets. These classifications can be set as either Tonnes or Percentage, as demonstrated below. To update the configuration simple fill out the values under each starting at point by clicking on the space. You may also update the terminology used to something more relevant if needed, simply click on the name area and rename the classification. These classifications will then feed through to the overloaded vehicles reports for each mass breached ticked.

Note: The classifications set with Facility Management will also feed through to Mandalay CS ticketing in the event of an overloaded vehicle. This classification (Minor, Major or Substantial) will appear in the pop up seen by the operator during the overloaded event.

As these settings will feed through to ticketing, we recommend the configuration is set by an administrator and access to this tool be limited to ensure the configurations are not changed. Please refer to the Access and Permissions guide to update user permissions for this tool.

2. Overloaded Vehicles Report

The overloaded vehicles report reports on overloaded vehicle events in ticketing.

The report can be filtered down to a specific date using the Date Range slicer below. The report can then be filtered down further using the Site Name, License Plate or Transaction Inactive slicer as below.

The report also features a 12- Month Mass Breach Trend Graph to help visualise these events over a broad range of time.

The Classification from the tool above is reported on at the very end of the report, once you have scrolled across the whole report you will see the Breach Category column. As below.
