Facility Management - Time Sensitive Reports

Time Sensitive Reporting Version 1.1.3

Overview

Time Sensitive Reports are available as part of the Standard reports suite within Facility Analytics & Reporting (FAR). They provide a current view of the transactions flowing into your system, with data becoming available as soon as it has synced to the cloud.

To ensure optimal performance is maintained and load times are reduced, data available within Time Sensitive Reporting has been limited to the previous 48hrs (previously 24hrs), and as a result, certain reports now have a date picker to select the reporting date required. This date constraint on the data results in lower memory usage and faster processing times across the data set.

For larger sets of data, the Standard Reports and Custom Reports (for Premium users) will continue to provide the current reporting capability.

Time Sensitive Reporting can be accessed from the left-hand menu within Facility Management.

There are now seven reports are available:

  • Client Transaction Report
  • Daily Site Totals
  • Vehicle Onsite Times
  • Daily Transaction Details
  • Payment Details
  • Daily Till and Shift Report
  • Temporary Accounts

Access & Permissions

Access to these reports is provided  using the group permissions in Facility Management. FM Administrators may assign the permissions to relevant groups.

Description of Reports

Client Transaction Report

The Client Transaction Report is a valuable tool for waste management staff to accurately reflect financial transactions as part of the end of period invoicing process. This report will enable you to validate the transactions and to obtain supporting extracts for invoices. The data is limited to the current and previous calendar month to provide a comprehensive overview. Several additional pricing fields have been added in order to report on financial elements on a granular level.

Daily Site Totals

The Daily Site Totals report is a comprehensive end-of-day summary that provides you with a detailed understanding of the total number of tonnes, transactions, and value of transactions by product that were received at the site.  The report has two tables. The left table being product focused and the right table being client focused. Several additional pricing fields have been added in order to report on financial elements on a granular level.

Vehicle Onsite Times Report

The On-Site Vehicles report provides timely information on transactions that have occurred on the current day, including an average time spent on site and the ability to exclude stored tare transactions or any transaction less than 2 minutes. This report can be used to identify average times on site throughout the day or to filter transactions based on their status.

Daily Transaction Details Report

The Daily Transaction Details report offers similar insights to the Insights Dashboard - Transaction Details, providing a basic transaction detail report for the current day. This report is a valuable tool for searching for transactions, checking daily totals, or answering ad-hoc questions. Several additional pricing fields have been added in order to report on financial elements on a granular level. Certain fields have also been reordered to provide consistency across all the reports.

Payment Details

Similar to the Operational Payment Details report, this report will return payment detail information limited to a 48hr period.

Daily Till and Shift Report

The Daily Till and Shift report is a copy of the current Till and Shift standard report, but limited to  48 hrs, for site reconciliation purposes. This report provides an accurate and up-to-date summary of financial transactions for the day, enabling you to make informed decisions. Users can make a selection of 6 types of time periods that reflects their site’s operations.

Temporary Accounts

Similar to the Operational Temporary Accounts, this report will return data of temporary accounts opened or closed within the last 48 hours. Similar to the Till & Shift report, users can select a time period best suited to their site’s operations.

Filtering Options for Till & Shift and Temporary Accounts

Due to various times and methods that sites operate, data can be filtered using the following scenarios.

  • Today (12:00 AM to 12:00 AM)
  • Yesterday (12:00 AM to 12:00 AM)
  • Current operator shift (open)
  • Current till shift (open)
  • Most recent closed operator shift
  • Most recent closed till shift
